Il 24 e 25 settembre 2026 presso la sala Lauree del Dipartimento di Giurisprudenza (Edificio U6, secondo piano) si terrà il convegno internazionale "The European Financial Sector between Integration and Fragmentation: Policies, Realities, and Lessons from Abroad".
L'iniziativa è organizzata in collaborazione con la Fordham Law School di New York e la Universidad Pontificia Comillas di Madrid e riunisce accademici italiani e stranieri ed esponenti istituzionali per un confronto sul Market Integration Package dell'Unione Europea, sulla regolazione dei mercati finanziari europei e sul raffronto con il quadro regolatorio statunitense.
Il convegno si articola in tre sessioni, dedicate rispettivamente alle architetture istituzionali, alla regolazione dei mercati finanziari e alla vigilanza europea, con la partecipazione di relatori accademici e rappresentanti di Consob, BCE ed ESMA.

On September 24 and 25, 2026, at the second floor of U6 building, the School of Law will host the international conference "The European Financial Sector between Integration and Fragmentation: Policies, Realities, and Lessons from Abroad".
The event is organized in collaboration with Fordham Law School (New York) and Universidad Pontificia Comillas (Madrid) and brings together Italian and international academics and institutional representatives to discuss the EU Market Integration Package, European financial markets regulation and a comparative perspective with the US regulatory framework.
The conference is structured around three sessions, addressing institutional architectures, financial markets regulation, and European supervision, with contributions from academic speakers and representatives of Consob, the ECB, and ESMA.
